Fireman's WeddingChris and I recently traveled home to Louisiana for his cousin Jeb's wedding. Jeb married Dianna on June 23, 2007. The groom is a fireman and the bride is a paramedic, so the couple was ushered to their reception on the back of the firetruck! When they arrived, firemen were waiting at the door with crossed axes for the couple to walk beneath!
We had a great time in Louisiana. Family came from Florida (and Kansas) to be together. We made the comment that we needed to get together more often than just at weddings.
