Call to prayer!

Please pray for this precious family. Our friends from Birmingham, Stephanie and Casey, are adopting Nathan from Guatemala. They have been in the process for about 2 years now and have had Nathan's referral for over a year. Recently, Guatemala has begun to reform their corrupt adoption system, and as a result, the Allums case is now tied up in red tape. Their case is the first to encounter these issues, so there is no precedent. It now lies in the hands of the courts in Guatemala.

Please pray for Nathan, who is at the Eagle's Nest orphanage.

Pray for the nannies who are loving him while Stephanie and Casey cannot.

Pray for Steph and Casey. Pray for their hearts!

Pray for the ones who will make the decision on what will happen next with their case.

Pray for this all to be over soon and for Nathan to be at his new home in Birmingham!

Please pray for my family in Baton Rouge. They all made it through the hurricane, but are without power. My Dad is currently on medical leave from work because some of his medication has caused his body not to sweat. Well, in the south Louisiana heat, this is not good! And in the heat with no power or A/C, not good! They stood in line at Home Depot today for 3 1/2 hours to get a generator and a small a/c, only to get it home tonight and it won't run! How frustrating!

Please pray for all who were affected by this storm!
